2011 Mainstream Need a new motor but trying to figure something out.
Long story short three weeks ago Sunday i took my son on a day trip to Canada on the way home I noticed that my temperature warning light came on which I thought was odd as i had work done at the dealership to my truck April 13 on my coolant reservoir, the cap, and thermostat. Before that I had work done to replace an oil cooler gasket this was in late February early March. I had a fresh oil change also May 22 all done at the same dealership. So like i said it was odd to me that I’m seeing any warning lights on. My truck eventually stops on us and I’m able to get it towed and dropped at the same dealership that has done all the previous work to it. So Friday they call and say that the oil cooler hose has a hole is it and they don’t think my warranty will cover the repair cost. When I first dropped my truck off to them and spoke to them and let them know what happened I told them that it overheated for some strange reason (i checked my fluids before we left that morning and they were fine) they are stuck on that hose when i keep telling them that even after we stopped there was no oil anywhere on the ground or on my engine and I smelled burnt rubber and my antifreeze they are still stuck on the hose. Am I missing something here. Bythe way my entire engine is gone

I did reach out to someone today but didn’t get anywhere. He made tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what i was talking about after he spoke to the service advisor at my local dealership. I just want my engine replaced so i can get my truck back.
