So the Bluetooth on my 2013 Journey Crew suddenly stopped working the other day. When I try to re-pair my phone (or any phone) it quickly flashes the Pairing screen then gives an error. So I went to check if there were updates for the UConnect and I found them. I started to update the NAV first and halfway through the update it failed with an error and now my USB port wont recognize anything, including the media stick that was in it before. I am so beyond frustrated with this.... Has anyone else just had the USB (in addition to the Bluetooth) just stop working out of the blue?
