I have a 2009 Dodge journey 4 cylinder 2.4L. I keep getting cylinder 4 misfires code. I have changed my spark plugs and coil. I can drive it fine for about 30 min. Then when I take off from a dead stop it sputters until I get up to about 25 mph then it runs great. I have no idea what to try next any help is welcomed it has 120,600 miles and now I only drive it on weekends extra car. Thanks in advance for any and all help

Check engine light on? What plugs did you use? When did this start?

Default Thanks for responding

Yes check engine light is still on. Sometimes it will go off then start flashing. I used autolight iridium xp spark pliug. After changing plugs and coil it runs great till it heats up. I was thinking a leaky fuel injector on cylinder 4
