why is my horn honking

How can I fix this problem there has to be an answer with this many complaints?

I’ve heard everything from a warped clock spring, ignition switch, come module somewhere.

Thank you for your reply, I have heard all those too there has to be a solution to the problem? I just wish Dodge support would take more of an interest in it its a safety issue.
