I recently bought a used 2010 Dodge Journey - the alternator went out on Sunday (I don't know that this is relevant but being so closely connected I am adding it in here). It was replaced yesterday. Then last night the rear air control will not change the position the air is blowing out. The controls are showing that it is at the head (coming out of ceiling) however, it is still blowing at the feet. Every few times of pushing the button to change the position, it gives out a "puff" of air from overhead.

I found one other thread with a similar issue but no solution was given......any ideas?
