Default Passenger Blend Door Actuator

I was having issues with my passengers side AC. It only blew out hot air. After research, turns out it was the blend door actuator. Under the glove box on the left side, not the top one but the one underneath it. After taking it out (which was a pain), I realized the AC was now working, while having no actuator installed. I came to the conclusion that it was only blowing hot air because the lever was somehow stuck in the upright position which is heat. Once I took the actuator out the lever came out as well and the other white piece fell so it then blew out cold air. Now I'm pretty sure I need to recalibrate the actuator (tested it and it's working but spinning too much), but not sure how to? Also wondering if anyone can find a video of how to reinstall and how the lever/linkage/actuator all connect to each other. The "Linkage" is the second photo attached.

Update: Nothing is blowing out of the top four vents anymore. Only cold air blowing out at the feet. Not sure if the other actuator (top one in first pic) went bad or has something to do with taking the other one (lower one) out.
