Default Electrical nightmare

Hello all, I’m jumping over from the Dakota side of the forum to try and help a buddy out
He has a a 2009 3.5l journey. A couple of months back he was having a intermittent no start issue. We brought it into the shop, the only thing I could find was a weaker then normal charge on the battery 11.5V. Tested all the fuses for a drain and found nothing. The battery is only a year old but the top of it was very dirty. So I cleaned all the posts/clamps. Cleaned the connections at the alternator and starter and it hasn’t had the no start since.
Fastforward to yesterday, he text me and said the wipers are coming on by themselves, and he has also lost the turn signal’s and heated seats.
My initial thought was a bad ground. After some research online as well as on the forum I’m now starting to think bad ground in the TIPM. Any thoughts or ideas?
thanks in advance!

Check for open recalls. There is one for the driver side window harness that causes all kinds of electrical issues. I'd start with that.
