Tried starting in neutral, replaced throttle body, cleaned positive/negative posts/connectors by fuse box, ran new engine ground cable, new battery 4 months ago, new starter 2 weeks ago. Any ideas what to try next? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

 

I have had the exact same issue with my 2010 R/T Journey. If it "clicks" when you turn the key, and still doesnt start, I have to hold the break down and go between Park and Neutral to get it to finally start. From what I have read, there is an issue in the shifter that causes the vehicle not to recognize it is in park. Not sure if this is your issue or not, but it is mine, and been dealing with it for a few years.
