I have a 2018 Dodge Journey Crossroad that has developed a problem with the door locks randomly but now its getting worse.
When it does this not unlocking the doors it will not unlock from the Fob or from the panel in the door. The fob will still turn on and off the alarm and headlights so I know its not the FOB battery and I just put a new battery in the FOB. In addition I have seen several posts about this same issue on the web when I do a google search; so it looks like its happening on all Dodge Journey models. I have seen a post about a recall on a 2010 or 2011 Journey with the same issue, some kind of wiring issue. Does anyone know what years this recall is on and how to get this fixed.
BTW I have 39,000 miles on my Journey so I am a little concerned about the warranty. Love the car but I don't want to deal with electrical problems.
Any advise?
