Had the wife's 2017 Journey Crossroad serviced yesterday (mileage is 27K) and was told break fluid had moister and that it had to be flushed for only $225.00 being we have owned 2 other Dodge Journey's ( in Iowa) I am surprised to be told such ( never had that problem before in our other Journeys with higher milage on them) , when asked service person I was told its because I now live in Oregon, some thing to do with PNW Weather, I guess they don't know we did get our fair share of severe rain & snow storms in the mid west... My self think its line of BS, but thought I should check here to see if its a problem for 2017's.....

 

Service shops will always try to sell you unneeded services. I wouldn’t be concerned. The system is closed.
