Hello...I have a 2013 Dodge Journey. I don't know the technical term but I just got the air conditioner/heater vent blend door replaced because I was not receiving any cold air. I drove it home just fine. The next day when I got into my car the Rear Defrost Light came on and stays on for about 2-3 minutes. I can not turn the air or heater on while this light is on. I took it back to where I got the air conditioner fixed and they have no idea how to fix it. I searched online to see how to recalibrate it but can't find anything. Can someone help me with this?

Welcome to the forum, Crissy. I would suggest disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset everything. That seems to cure all kinds of electrical issues on these cars.

 

Just to inform you that disconnecting the battery did not fix my issue.
