2013 journey......my instrument panel has started going haywire. all lights and warnings start to go off, anti skid, check engine, low tire, etc.....bell dings non stop. wipers will even go off sometimes. i can disconnect the negative battery terminal and it will reset for awhile but eventually starts again. battery and alternator both tested out good. Is it likely the BCM or instrument cluster that's bad???
