just this week my uconnect keeps showing hands free loading and loading and loading. I haven't tried the fuse yet, but i did try getting to the manufacture/dealer secret menu with not luck. I did find a Recall for the Electrical dated 11/15/2015. My radio has been acting up, changing the station with out me touching anything. Is there anything else I can do before calling the dealer?

 

You could try disconnecting the battery for 10-15 minutes to reset everything.
