I have a dodge jouney 2015 and for passager seat headrest activaded without any impact, I took my car to dodge car agency bud they did not what to take responsability and ask for around 400usd to repair. (even I purchased my car with extender warranty) after reviewing more carefully the pin retention is not in his place because plastic holder is broken that is why mechanics was activate keeping pin holder in his retention mechanics. for this this is a critical and safety issue since this could happen while you are driving and could cause an accident since you will recieve a hit in you head.
Even this is not cover in warranty.....do you consider this event as safety issue that Dodge shall be reponsable? Potential issue to happen when anybody is driving in a freeway at high speed?
