Radio changing by itself

Default Radio changing by itself

So for the last couple months it was the volume it would go up and down now my radio is changing by itself. Thought it was just satellite, so put on local did the same. I had seen about checking for up dates none found. Help please!!

Probably need a module flashed or replaced. Make an appt with your servicing dealer as suggested.

you aren't hitting the radio volume and station control buttons on the back of the steering wheel correct?
