Clicking from under dash passenger side

Clicking from under dash passenger side
If I have the defrost up to windshield in with fan blowing, there’s clicking from underneath. If I change it to vent(blowing from front with recirculate in it stops, any ideas? Unplugged blend door actuator and it still does it?
