This has he opened to me twice in 2 months in my brand new 2019 journey. The touch screen and surrounding buttons freeze. I can’t push anything related to climate, radio, etc. I can’t even turn off the radio with the volume ****. The only thing that works to fix it (that I’ve found) is to restart the vehicle. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks.

 

If you can duplicate it, take it in and use your warranty. Probably needs a software update.
