Default Wiring boot

Hello fellow Dodge owners,

Hoping for a bit of help, I have a 2012 Journey with 150K miles. Having some wiring issues where wires run from the car body to the rear hatch. I noticed my center brake light wasn't working and traced the issue back to wires within a rubber "accordion" boot found on the left corner of the hatch where these wires run from car body to the hatch.
Research online shows this is a known problem, so I need to repair the wires. My question is where can I get a replacement boot as I will likely need to cut the existing boot off to access the wires. I really don't want to buy a whole new wiring harness when all I need is a simple piece of rubber. Perhaps once I repair the wires I can use some other generic rubber part to wrap them up? Any advice would be useful. Thanks in advance!

Aside from getting the OEM boot from the dealer, there might be something aftermarket that you could make work. Ebay is always my "go-to" for random stuff like that.
