2010 journey starting issue
2010 journey rt 3.5 v6...started with horn going off. Pulled fuses. New alternator and battery. As soon as you turn the car off it won't start back. I have been unhooking the fuse box, mine has one under the hood, rebooking it up and it will start. Now it has to be boosted. Frustrating. Had a mechanic disconnect the negative cable and hook up a light and pulled every fuse and still have a draw. I don't see how you can have a draw with that disconnected. I have to keep cables and a booster pack all the time. Dodge says tipm but I don't see how when I disconnect that and it still draws. The lights and all will still work just draws down enough not to start. A few seconds on a boost and it fires. Also the tire light is blinking and then stays steady. I'm having it checked tomorrow by a tech but looking for any help

Been living with this problem forever. Have replaced the TIPM, ECM, and WIN Module. And now its back. Dead battery.
I have owned almost exclusive Chrysler Dodge products for over 50 year, including a Dodge 3/4 Ton I drove to 305,000 miles.
I'm now retired and can't afford to replace the Journey. Is there anyone who has found a reason why this keeps happening?
