Default Occupant Classification Module (OCM)

Occupant Classification Module (OCM) M29 fuse, I have a parasitic draw from this fuse, any ideas as to why? Were is this module located? I pulled the M29 fuse do to the draw killing battery within 4 hours of sitting, when I did the draw test on it I had over 2 amps. I just replaced the wire harness plus the TIPM due to the TIPM melting and almost catching on fire, which also melted parts of the harness. I now have the car running and driving with everything working, other than this last issue.

Thanks
