Default A/c issues

I have replaced the dryer, condenser. Holds pressure good. lines get hot not cold and compressor clutch comes on and off from the climate controls. While ac is on. clutch engages but does not turn off. Any ideas my friends?

2010 Dodge Journey 3.5 2wd third row seating with rear controls. No cold air anywhere.

Did you pump the system down before charging? I've seen people replace parts then use a charge kit to put refrigerant in. It won't work with air in the system. There should also be an orifice tube or block in the system. If that's plugged, you won't get a pressure drop to cool the air.

yes I vacuumed the system -30. I tried to look up the orifice tube but seems there is not one I guess.
