Default P0394 Code

We bought a 2016 Journey SXT 3 years ago, love the car. Never had a problem with it. Liked it so much we bought a 2019 Journey GT AWD a little over a month ago. In the past two weeks we got the check engine light twice, code P0394. It goes out the following day. Dealership we bought it from won't respond to emails. Local dealership told us they can't do anything about it unless the light is active. Also, unless the light is active, it won't be covered under warranty. The only thing we noticed was that both times it happened, we started the car with the remote start. Not sure if it's just coincidence, but we drove it almost daily for a month with no light. It wasn't until it got colder and used the remote to warm it up. It's been a week since the last time it came on, no remote, no light. Any thoughts on this since the dealerships won't help?

That’s bs from the dealership. The code is still stored. Try actually calling the dealership instead of relying on emails.

The emails were with the dealer I purchased it from. When I call they leave me on hold forever. I have called local dealerships and that's who told me there was nothing they can do unless the light was active. The said there is no history stored once it's cleared.
