Default Telematics Modules and Optional Systems Embedded

I have a 2012 Dodge Journey SXT with the 3.6L VVT engine. When we purchased the car used, the cruise control was sporadic and the Bluetooth did not work. I went to the junk yard and found a 2013 Dodge Journey with what I thought was similar components, except for a steering angle sensor on the clock spring. My vehicle does not have a plug in the steering column harness for the steering angle sensor. I replaced the steering wheel switches, clock spring, turn signal/wiper switch, and Telematics module, with the junkyard parts. Now, the Bluetooth works, but I get a traction control light in the instrument cluster, once I pull out of my driveway. I checked codes with my scanner, and I have a C0051 - 62 Steering Wheel Position Sensor: Signal Compare Failure, and a C0051-22 Steering Wheel Position Sensor: Signal Amplitude Above Maximum. My assumption is that for some reason, the Telematics module looks for this input. I just don't know how many systems run their respective I/O through this module.

The only thing that I did not get was the wire harness, which goes from the Steering Wheel Position Sensor to God knows where . . .

Does anyone have a schematic of the Steering Wheel Position Sensor they would share?

Does anyone know what this connector is for (on the Telematics module)?
