Hi I have a 2015 dodge journy 2.4 se I had to replace the motor in it because the last motor was shot do to over heating I've replaced all the censors on the motor I've also replaced the PCM and tipm aka power control module put all new spark plugs in the only things I haven't replaced is the wire harness and coil packs but the problem I'm having is I have no spark on all 4 cylinders but its not throwing any codes I was looking into the Resistance on the coil pack but can't find any information on what it should be I'm not to sure if that's a test that can be performed but the results I'm getting is 1.5 ohms now these coil pack have two wires but 3 prongs I've tested prong 1 and 2 I believe and it jump 1.5 and .0 any help would be greatly appreciated and if you have any questions for me about it please let me know and I'll try to answer it the best I can thank you.

 

All 4 coils wouldn’t fail at once, car should at least run badly on maybe one bad coil.
Something like CPS sensor is maybe disabling the coils from getting power. It’s a cheap wear item, about $25 ish.

 

That's what I thought aswell but replaced crankshaft and camshaft sensors twice after I replaced the motor still no spark not even a bad spark motor cranks but that's it.

 

Is the yellow security light flashing in cluster. Try a different ignition key if you have one. Does the low voltage harness plug feeding coils show 12 volts? Is there a remote starter on the car, factory or aftermarket.

 

No there is no yellow light on the cluster and it's only reading .05 volts I'm going to test the wiring to the pcm and check the ohms on that and see if that might be the problem if I can find a wiring diagram for it. The starter motor is the original there is only one key fob for the vehicle and it is a push start if that helps. It also the motor also cranks but no start.
