Default 2014 Journey SXT Leaks

I have a 2014 Journey SXT. I bought it used. It currently has 119,936 miles. I’m noticing that when the car is parked on a downhill slant, even a slight one, it will very slowly drip transmission fluid. Does anyone know if this is common? It doesn’t do when parked on an uphill slant or flat.

Also, it is leaking water from an area that appears to be directly under the dash. Is this simply evaporation from the AC? Any thoughts would help. I bought it for 4700, and two weeks later, it died and needed a new tranny (cost me 4400). Today I just dropped 1389 for a 120k mile service with four brand new Toyo tires. But with everything I’ve put into it, to see this tranny fluid leak, is making me want to beat the hell out of the guy who sold it to me.

No, transmission leaks are not common under any circumstances and yes, could be a clogged evaporator core drain.
