At 190,000 miles, my journey will not shift out of first gear. The only thing that I can add is that, I have replaced the transmission and the problem persists. If I do a soft reset, it fixes it temporarily (did the same with the old transmission). Is this maybe a computer problem?

 

Replaced the computer, it worked for about 2 weeks, then won’t shift out of first gear, and now it will not finish soft reset. Please!!K somebody help. I find that is curious that nobody wants to comment on this issue. Is there something that Dodge doesn’t want talked about?
