Bluetooth connection issues

2013 dodge journey sxt here
I’ve done just about everything they say on here to try. Hard resets, soft resets, all the cheat code button combos, I updated the program for my uconnect. Dodge dealerships don’t seem to know how to fix the issue much less have worked with uconnect recently. My question is how or what do I need to do to fix this thing. It’s been out since 2015 and for 8 years I’ve tried calling multiple dealerships, uconnect themselves, mechanics…I’m at a loss. My saving grace has been a $10 Bluetooth adapter. Any ideas?
