Dodge Journey RT 2016 3.6 suddenly shut off and would not turn back on
While driving at low speed my Dodge Journey RT 2016 3.6 suddenly shut off and would not turn back on.
I had to tow it home and before taking it to the dealership I wanted to review this forum to see if this has happened to anyone...

The vehicle has some guarantee, so I decided to send it to the dealer.
The scan has indicated to review the conditions of the spark-plugs and coils and if they are ok, then it might be an internal engine issue...

yes.Interestingly, had to Reflash EC MODULE, & ALSO: replace Crank Sensor,”after “, some four weeks of multiple attempts to replicate Engine Failures , etc..:?some $620.00 Expense!!
I forgot to tell you how this story ended:
Because the spark plugs and coils were in good condition, they had to remove the engine head covers to review the rocker arms. Some of them were in such bad condition that they blocked the normal movement of the engine. Fortunately there was no damage to the cams or pistons and after changing of the damaged rocker arms, the car return to its normal operation and up to now, there have not been any issues with.
