I have a 2018 Journey GT. The FOB no longer opens the doors. Both FOBs have new batteries and we can remote start the engine with no problem. In order to unlock the doors, we have to use the key for the vehicle. Once inside, the car will start with no problem by hitting the start button. We know it isn't the FOB batteries and we know it isn't the car battery causing this issue. I am not sure what the issue would be since neither FOB works for the doors yet the car will remote start with the FOBs.

 

Can you lock/unlock the doors from the armrest buttons?
