2009 Dodge Journey. Something keeps draining my battery. So, I have to jack the car up, remove the battery, take it to Advance, they charge it, back in the car, and repeat.
I had some time this weekend, so I tried to do a current test. Battery is connected down below, but the negative is disconnected at the bulkhead and I was doing amps there.
1. So with ALL of the fuses, relays, and the CB removed from the fuse box (it's empty now), whenever I try to put that cable back on the bulkhead, there is a huge spark.
So, that's where I need the help. With the fuse box EMPTY, what is drawing power??
2. And then when I Google this car, it says that there are two fuse boxes. One in the engine compartment and one in the cabin. I can't find the cabin one and in the owner's manual p 457, it just talks about the engine compartment (TPIM) fuse box. Is there another fuse box somewhere?

Reason: More info
There's a Fuse box inside Below Glove Box. Here's an image of the Cover informing you of Location of fuses. If you can't find what you need, Refer to Owners Manual for Specific fuses and their Locations.
Hope this helps
