Subwoofer added!!
I added the sub from my Bullitt, it adds exactly what the stock sound was missing. I think i may have to switch to a ported box, the loss of a trunk has changed the sound of the woofer. the "false floor" makes for a nice amp cove!!! The amp is a Rockford 500BD, and the woofer is a Kicker 12 L7. the box was built for my mustang, i wonder if a box that fired directly at the liftgate would provide better base response????

I don't know how Maggy did it. I wired my Amps like this.
Right to the battery with in line fuse.
Ground right to the body.
And for Remote, in all cars it's going to be a wire that is shared between the Radio and the ignition. On the Magnum it's a white wire with a pink stripe. No noise issues at all.

Did you guys use a line level converter to connect? Or aftermarket head unit??
I know 1 other magnum that has had this issue... but not many people with aftermarket systems (hu and amp)

when I hooked up my amp I used a line level converter to connect to the rear speakers, the power is right to the battery and I used the power for the ash tray powert outlet to turn the amp on as that is switched and turrns on with the ignition, no noise problems with mine.
