Am I missing something?

Last night I loaded the groceries into the rear of the Magnum using the handy grocery organizer and had the floor in it's folded position and resting in the slots behind the groceries. I answered the obligatory questions from bystanders and while pulling away demonstrated that it does indeed have a HEMI. Once home, I discovered that the folding floor had suffered the acceleration by sliding to the rear, closing the grocery tub and cruching my wheat bread. Kinda cool when I found it, not so cool making the sandwiches today.

Is there some sort of snap or clip for the folding floor that I am not seeing?

I don't think there's a stop for the folding floor, but there sure is one for the organizer. I can't understand how the floor could have forced it closed if it was in the secure open position.

My dealer didn't even know how to install the under-floor organizer. They had the rubber 'tub' on top of the floor and the grocery organizer under the floor. Anyway, it's really a neat item. The tub is great and easy to remove and wash out, and the organizer is quite handy. I could do without it but I'd miss the rubber tub.

 

You probably do like i do. You folded the upper deck into a mountain shape (sorry can't think of another name). What happens is the back of the upper deck slides back knocking the cover of the organizer closed. Fold the upper deck completely so it doesn't slide. I will take pics if I am being too vague. Sorry it is hard for me to describe.

 

Freak - That's exactly what I was doing. But then the mountain got moved [>:]. I would have thought it to stay in place a bit better.

Wouldn't take much. Maybe a quick inch or two of velcro hear and there will do the trick.

The velcro idea is a great one. Maybe between the upper deck and the cargo organizer.
