Default Danko Chin Spoiler

Just wanted to share the new joy. I'm thinking that this going to be my last mod.
It took about 3hrs to install. Mostly due to uncooperative screws. I had to get longer screws than the install kit supplied. The facia removal was the easiest part (it was my 3rd time - i'm now an expert).
Now that it's done it was all worth the frustrations.

Nice thank you for the info. I have been looking to get one for my Maggie and all. How well does it hold on? As I live in the New England area and we have snow of course so im worried about it ripping off in snow and all that.

I don't live around snow so I am not the best to answer on how it is in the snow country. Maybe someone else can give some input on that.
It is attached with around 6 or 7 nuts and bolts. It is pretty solid and sturdy but like anything, depending on how immovable the object is that you might encounter,it can break.
It is made of very stable and somewhat flexible fiberglass. They also make them shaved down I believe.

It is best to call and speak with them directly if you have any specific questions or concerns.
The install is pretty easy. Even easier if you remove the front facia but others have done it with the removal.

Coll i will give them a call and ask them some stuff about it. I was looking more along the lines of how sturdy it is and you answered it with the nuts and bolts thing.

So again thank you for the helpful info.

You can't use it as a snow plow....LOL, but it can take a pretty good wack. If your car is not lowered which mine is not the front edge of the spoiler is not any lower than the lower side valences on the car, it just sticks out in the front.

You can go with the shaved version he sells if you are concerned about that as an option as well.
