Default Farewell for Now

I will miss everyone here at the Forum but I will be out for a few weeks. Having my hip replaced[X(]. SUre am going to miss driving the Magnum but once I get home, I will at least be able to go outside and look at it and fire it up[8D]. HOpe everyone keeps pouding away at DC to get all the bugs worked out of the new rides but like everyone says, with all the problems, it is still one of the most awesome cars to come out from DC in quite a while. Take care, and see everyone in a few weeks. Here are a few shots of MY Magnum for those that have not seen my humble SXT. Later!![sm=icon_rock.gif]

Will do Amanda! WHat do you think of my Ram logo?? It's etched in 1/2" thick Lexan.

Good luck with the hip, Tim.

I am going in on Thurs to repair a few heart arteries, had the same thing done about 16 months ago. Gotta keep the old pump working.

Looks awesome! I hope you're feeling well enough that you can go romp on your Magnum soon! In the meantime, we'll be sure to give our Magnums a few "foot to the floor" punishments in your and Bob's honor!

Thanks for the well wishes guys. I am now home but pretty gimped up for now. Won't be able to get behind the wheel for at least another 4 weeks WTF!!!!! Dr says must not drive but at least I can use my remote start and fire it up and listen every day. Leg hurts like hell but I am TOLD it will suside fairly quickly and I should be around pretty good in another 3 weeks or so. Can't wait, need to drive, need sound of loud exhaust and SPEED to create well being and happiness of spirit. Thank God for wifi and laptops. Talking to eveyone from a lying position, pain pills flowing freely though the veins, waiting for physical therapy to begin in another couple of hours. [sm=smiley29.gif]

BTW - my incision site is a mere 12.5 inches long sealed with 42 stainless steel staples [](wonder if I can incorporate these in the Magnum so how?? just for posterity??)

Check with you guys again later!!! Take care, and burn 'em if ya got 'em (tires that is!). [sm=icon_rock.gif]

Hi Tim,

Glad you are back home, get well soon.

My heart surgery got postponed, will be going in this Friday 11/05 and I hope to be home soon afterwards. Just minor procedure to open up a few arteries.

Want to be able to go see big Dodge car show at Don Garlits museum here in Ocala, FL.

Which is this weekend.

Bob
