I put 24 inch wheels on my magnum and now need a program to get the speedo corrected...........I looked all over and found nothing.

Is there a fix for this? Or am I screwed?

I do not believe you can do anything. You might be able to ask the dealer to change the 'tire size' through THEIR StarScan, but not sure there are many options for SXT.

 

Did you also get the metal nozels on your tire? Les Schwabb gave me rubber ones, which I had to go back and have them exchanged for metal ones because they leaked on me.

 

you're screwed. there is no programmer for the SXT magnums and the dealer's starscan only has available tire (like the 17" and 18")sizes for the SXTin it.

 

Gezzz.............well u guys are right..i am screwed big time and u hit the nail on the head 65standard.The best the dealer can do was 18 not even 20 just freaking 18. Thing is its only on the 07. The earlier models u can do it cuz it has that option but these newer ones dont.

Chrysler got too many warranty claims on differentials and trannys because of the bigger wheels. Thats what they told the guy at the dealership so that option is no longer there, dont know if its the same for u 07 hemi guys.

Well thanks guys............just gotta hope that diablosports comes up with something for us little guys as its a no go with SC.

 

it is not just the '07s. it is the '05 and '06s too. the starscan only has the tires in it that were available originally. mainly 17's and 18's. the only hope i can think of is a custom flashby dave atB&G chrysler to adjustfor the new tire size.
