anyone help me or give me instructions on how to get to the foglight bulb so that i could change it

 

You can go through the front tire wheel well.
Remove the pushpin snaps that hold the well lining, reach your hand in there and then it's just a quarter turn on the entire bulb assembly/wire harness.

 

remove just one pin or all the pins that are necassery

 

Probably around 3 (that might be all of them). Basically as many as you have to, to be able to get your arm in there comfortably.
It's pretty easy really. The assembly is just a twist lock kind of deal.
The dealer will charge you an arm and a leg for them to do it. I think I got the bulb at the Chrysler dealership because Dodge did'nt have them in stock.

 

and the assemble wont ben dor anything right? i orderd my bulbs online from luminics

 

The assembly shouldnt bend at all. I did these on my car a while back and while it was touch and feel for the first one after that it was cake. Yea like he said wheel well is the way to go. Just remove those pins and your looking good. I think I also removed some of the pins from the lower guard under the front bumper just to get more comfort room for my hand.
