Default clacking noise when cold 3.5L SXT

Anyone experiencing a slight clacking noise? Fairly evident at the 3-4000 rpm range. It is more of a clack than a tick. Seems to go away after the engine has reached operating temperature.

This started before the cold weather. The dealer has changed the rocker assemblies which took away a slight knock, but, there is still the clacking mainly in the 3-3500 rpm range.More pronounced when cold, still there hot.Almost sounds like its lacking oil up there. Was using a 10w-30, now 5-30 for winter. Dealer claims that thats just how it is and is within tolerances. Turn your radios down and accelerate and let me know what you guys hear.
