Got BlackMagnum RT Yesterday
I had a Magnum ordered from a small dealer for 6 weeks and could not get a build date. I had my Dodge Dakato pick up sold for a good price and he wanted it now. He had already waited 6 weeks on me. I tried to get dealer to do a dealer swap but did not find one that had a Black RT that they would trade for his SXT. So I took Magnum RT (Flordia Bob) advice and started a search of my own and found two Black Magnum RT with 3 options electronics convenience group/convenience group II/Sirius satellite radio. I had a good experence dealing with this dealer. So I went and picked it up yesterday. I have test drove the Magnum before and really liked the smooth quite ride. The Hemi and 5 speed transmission and nice. I am a light fooded driver but I like power and torque on a V-8 engine. I will only do one thing to Magnum install the K&N drop in element 33-2295. I will leave the racing to the young men. I am a 67 year old PaPa. If anyone out there is looking for a Magnum RT/SXT/SE and is close to Western KY. I can give you a name and number of my sales consultant. If you are ready to buy now they have lots of them in stock. They sell around 15 Magnums a month. They have about 40 on lot now and you can save thousands off list price. If you want any info e-mail be at Bdd1937@aol.com And I think Flordia Bob again for his post. After I read it I was in a new Black Magnum in a few days.

Thats great to hear Buddy..if you will remember I am the other fella who ordered from a small dealer a couple fo months ago. Well lo and behold when I went there a few days ago to get my Durango serviced he had just gotten in his Magnum RT he had ordered FIVE months prior....it was Mineral Gray which I really like and had convenience and electronic groups on it..which was fine with me. Anyhow to make a long story short I ended up buying that one and he will keep mine on order so he can get another RT (even though mine had not budged from BX status) and have one on his lot. Have had the car now for two days and because of nasty weather here in Ohio I am not driving it very much but do have two coats of MaGuiers wax on it .....so the thing is looking mighty fine!! I will have to say the car is wonderful and a thrill to drive although I havent done much of that. Like you I am not a fast driver but enjoy power under the hood. Had a PT Cruiser that I traded for the Magnum and the reason was I couldnt stand that four banger...no power and the car just didnt fit me at all.....but this Magnum does. Enjoy yours because I know I will .....Kent
Buddy, Glad I could be of help, enjoy your new ride.
I see that you are a few years older than me, maybe we should start a club for us senior citizens, LOL.
I have bought my last 4 cars by using the web and surfing dealers inventory.

Yeah....PT Cruisers have no *****! Well maybe the GTs do. I'd consider trading my HEMI ram for a HEMI Magnum if the finances were there.....I've driven them many times since I work for a dealer...ONE FINE AUTOMOBILE![sm=icon_rock.gif]
