Default REAR TIRE SIZE THAT FITS

Does anyone know if a set of 305 45R18tires on a 10" rim will fit on the rear of a Magnum R/T with an approximate 1" drop? What offset would be the best (or work)?

I have the top rated (Car and Driver) Goodyear Eagle F1 255 55R18street tires onnow. They are good but with the new 2,800 stall torque converter they can'teffectively getthe power to the ground. I think 2" wider drag radials should improve traction considerably. I have Nitto Nt555R's on another car and theyhook upgreat and come in the aforementioned size.

By the way for anyone interested, with all the mods I have done the torque converter and then Predator 93 octane CAI tune with raised shift and reduced tq managmenthave madethe biggest performance improvement. I have also done the intake, the entire exhaust, and added a stage 1 cam.

Thanks for your help.

I was researching larger tires as well. The best I found that would fit is a P295 on a 10" rim.

BTW, what was the charge for you to get your cam installed? Please let us know when you get your larger tires so I know if you were able to get the P305's to fit.
