Foglight wraparound covers
I have read all the posts on cracking lenses, I spent too much replacing 2 pairs on my Intrepid RT.
I have been in the Plastics business all of my life. ANY ONE KNOW THE MOVIE QUOTE??
I looked at my Mag RT and will start engineering some Lens Covers that match the outside of the black plastic part that is inserted in the facia.
Tooling is big bucks, but this would improve the look of the Mag and protect the factory lenses. Tinted Polycarbonate may be an option, but I need to study the light transmission loss. I may look at "tear-off" covers as well, that can be replaced when they get too nasty.
Any thoughts?? Thanks!
