This is my first post and I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. My 07 R/T had 6500 miles on it when Blastin Bob, the muffler guy, who was installing one of his kits to replace the resonators told me that the car had a significant oil leak, but he couldn't see from where exactly. When I checked the oil level it was down by more than a quart. I topped off the oil and drove 1,000 miles to the dealer where I bought the car (I was going to make the drive the next day anyway). The dealer told me that they thought the tranny was leaking, not the engine. I told them that the engine oil was low but they checked the tranny anyway, putting in a dye to trace any leak. Eventually they called to tell me that I was right, it is the the engine, but they weren't sure where. Long story short they eventually determined that one of the MDS sensors was leaking, they couldn't tell which, so they will replace all of them. Only problem is that these sensors are back-ordered in all of North America. They cannot get them. No one has them. The car has sat at the dealer since before Christmas, still no sensors. Has anyone else had this problem? Otherwise I love the car, I wish I could be driving it now.
