I hope it is not slipping, it feels more like a computer glitch, actually now that I think of it, it feels like it bounces off the redline rev limiter, but it is only 5300-5400rpm when it does it..

 

Try this - after it's warm, in park, floor the gas and hold it there - hear that? Sounds a lot like the pause between shifts does, only lower rpm.
The computer won't let it over-rev, you are hitting the rev-limiter at around 3K or so in park.

I've noticed that easing back just a tad will let it gather it's wits and get the next gear going a bit better.

Also, if you haven't calibrated your gas pedal yet, give that a try as well.

I am not sure what it does, but something is defenitely different, and better! I missed the part about turning off the key quickly after flipping the pedal back up, but it sure seemed to work!
