I am finding that either in autostick more or D that during hard acceleration in third gear (i think) i get that wobbly/vibration feel until it goes up another gear. has anyone else had this issue? i am not a mechanic but i do know that it was not there a few weeks back.

i did have the complete tune up done a couple months ago but the problem just started recently. could it be a fuel filter issue perhaps?

any help is appreciated.

 

NOT THE FILTER OR A FUEL PROBLEM YOU PROBABLY HAVE A THIRD GEAR SLIPPING YOU DO HAVE AN INTERNAL TRANSMISSION PROBLEM NOT THE FLUID BECUASE IT WOULD HAVE A HAD SHIFT IN ALL GEARS IT IS A MECHANICAL ISSUE IN TRANSMISSION

Oh wonderful!!! since the dealers can be picky, it is not serious yet but should i have them look at it now or let it get worse. my warranty is up in 8k or next april 2009. hard to say if they would replace the whole transmission. are they serviceable or must they replace whole unit. haven't seen too many issues in any post regarding transmission problems. thanks for your help on this.
