I really hate to make a new thread about something as trivial as this, but I promise I did search this forum and the rest of the web for the answer first.

Anyway, I've got a 2005 Magnum RT with the OEM NAV system. I know the GPS unit is an Alpine at its core, but I have no idea what base Alpine model number it is. Does anyone know?

The only reason I ask is that the DVD has never been updated and it's almost completely worthless to me at this point. Anywhere I want to go is never on the disk it seems. I've come across a very cheap Alpine GPS update DVD, but I need to know if it would be compatible for the unit Dodge uses.

Also, does anyone know anything about the in-motion hack?
