I am trying to build a CAI for my 05 Magnum RT and have some questions. What is the diameter of the throttle intake, 3, 3.5 or 4 inches? On the typical aftermarket intakes, what is the lenght of the conical air filter?

3 1/2" minimum tube size. you can get the rubber elbow that is 3 1/2" to 4". then use a 4" tube. most good cones filters are 9" long. when it come to CAI, the bigger the better.
