Finally a completed stereo pic.
I cut the "window" into the cover board and put in lexan. Then I cut a bit of rug for a cover .
Did everything from the box to the amp cover with just a sabre/jigsaw. (5) 12X48X3/4" MDF Planks, (1) 1/2 sheet 3/4" MDF, (1) can of contact cement, 17X14" lexan, 6' of black carpeting, (1) box of 1 1/2" drywall screws and (1) bottle of wood glue=$63
