Help.

I have the unconnect system on my 05 magnum, not sure who installed it as I bought it used, anyhow it quit working. I got caught in a loop when somehow the language changed from english to french and couldn't get the power button to reset the system. When I started my car yesterday, I found that the uconnect will not power on. I called uconnect support and they said that it could be due to the fact I was caught in the loop of trying to get back to english. They suggested pulling the fuse out where it is connected to reset the system. I have no idea where that might be located. I called the dodge dealer where I bought the car and they said to try one of the local stereo shops. To avoid having to call every stereo shop in Richmond Va I thought I'd post this and see if anyone has had the same problem and/or knows where to look where this thing might be in the fuse box.
