Well i decided to go with the flowmaster 17405 cat back ..hope she sounds good...Cant wait to get it i should have it by next week Hopefully i will have it on shortly after that...CANT WAIT

 

Hey there's a shop here in New Orleans that has a video with sound of the kit you ordered if you want to here it. The web site is www.southernhotrod.com sounds pretty good I personaly like the sound of my borla kit w/5" tips better but thats me. Don't get me wrong I love a flowmaster my 72 chevy pickup and my 69 Camaro both have flowmaster's but it's not the sound I wanted for the family car.

Let us know how the cat back system is, if there is any DRONE with the system from Flowmaster.

I wish I had waited for the kit to come out, I had Flowmasters put on and had to add a couple of small resonators to get rid of drone.

Sorry i didnt post this earlier...Yes i had it installed ..the fit and finish is great everything lined up nice..Now the sound at first was queit but louder then stock..I now have maybe 200 miles on the exhaust since i had it put on its getting louder... Very nice tone to it no raspy sound no popping just smooth clear and mellow sounding..Now for the highway i hear no drone and i never hear the MDS mode that everyone talks about after putting an exhaust on these cars...The K&N CAI and the flowmaster exhaust goes great together an awesome sound ...The car has a muscle car sound now.....

 

do you have any pictures of this system? i have no clue on its layout.

i wish that would work. but the flowmaster icon does nothing and the sound video doesn't work for me either. i only get encrypted codes. i am sure something is wrong with my video players, but don't know how to fix it to see the flowmaster system.
