Default Squeaking Brakes

Most of my driving is city at at 36,000 miles I needed to replace rotors and pads. I went to Pep Boys for the maintenance since it was half the cost of a dealer. What I notices is now as it warms up that by breaks squeak when appling them softly. I tool it back twice and they can not replicate the issue and find nothing wrong.
Is this due to OTM parts? They are suggesting I get Dodge pads for more $$$ but I do not want to pay for something and hope.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you fix it?

A lot of brake noise problems begin with improper bedding of the brakes. OEM or Aftermarket can yield the same problems.

Check this for some help with it.
