I found some intereseting info that someone did and thought I would pass the info.
Oil Filter Study
Seems that Fram is crap. And that Mopar filter are made by Purolator or Champion, I don't know how the original author found this out.
I guess that I will be forgetting about Fram and going with either the equalivant Purolator or stick with the OEM Dodge filter.

Use a WIX oil filter, the part number is: 51085 for all engines in the Magnum.
Go to the WIX website, there you can find a local dealer that sells the filters.
Purolator makes a good filter called "PureOne", it is better than the normal Purolator oil filter.
Part numbers for Purolator oil filters are:
PureOne...........PL14670
Regular Filter.....L14670
